Outdoor Movie Night Disclaimer: Movie night experiences are weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, rescheduling may be required. Please note that string lights can only be installed on grassy areas where ground stakes can be used. Maximum movie time 3hrs. Clients must provide the selected movie 1 week prior to the event.
Indoor Movie Night Disclaimer:
Indoor movie night setups require a minimum ceiling height of 8 feet and a clear floor space of at least 15’ x 15’ to safely and properly install the screen and equipment. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the space meets these requirements prior to the event. If space requirements are not met upon arrival, the setup may need to be adjusted or canceled, and fees may still apply. Maximum movie time 3hrs. Clients must provide the selected movie 1 week prior to the event.
