We arrive the morning / early afternoon of your party date for set-up. Please ensure someone is home to let us in for both setup and takedown. Please also be flexible with us on timing as we set up multiple parties a day.
Tents are approximately 2 feet wide, 4 feet tall and 6 feet long with the mattress.
Teepees are slightly taller at 5'5".
This does not include the breakfast tray which can be placed on the floor in front of the mattress,
or the legs can be folded up and the tray can be placed directly on the mattress to save some space.
Adult memory foam mattresses are 5 inches thick. They are also slightly longer than the kids mattresses (kids 6 ft., adult 6'3").
The tents can be set up in many different configurations:
All in a row, some facing each other etc.
We will discuss what works best for your space.
Please have all necessary furniture moved and the space clear for our set up when we arrive.
While we would love to, we do not stay and host the party.
Once we finish set-up and styling, we leave but will be back the next day for takedown.
We require a 50% deposit to lock in your party date.
Balance of payment due 1 week before the party date.
We accept credit cards and can do bank transfers through our online payment system.
Of course! All sheets, pillowcases and blankets are washed in hypoallergenic laundry detergent after every party.
All decorative pillows and memory foam mattresses have removable covers for easy cleaning.
All rugs, decorative pillow cases and mattress covers are cleaned (or replaced) as needed.
We are currently serving Long Island within a 20 mile radius of Oceanside, NY.
Unfortunately, we are not serving the 5 boroughs of New York City.
